New Yorker exiled to Jerseyland (Montclair, the Upper West Side of the burbs). Check out the jersey shore - amazing beaches of soft white sand and gorgeous clear surf. Cooking healthy, tasty real food is what I'm mostly into. Real food to me is what you make from simple, fresh ingredients, avoiding packaged products as much as possible, and using naturally-raised or organic ingredients whenever possible. Cook it yourself - best way to avoid getting chunky :-)
